Live Harp Meditation: Connecting to the Source of Love Within

Come practice a special heart meditation using the beauty and power of live harp sounds.  This will be a vibrant guided meditation with imagery and focus around connecting to the heart center, opening the heart and experiencing the truly beautiful force of love that naturally resides within us, it only needs our attention to wake up our awareness to it.  

Please bring an eye cover and a mat, as you will be laying on the floor for this experience.

Sound Meditation: A Sitting Practice with Singing Bowls - 2/17/18

The focus in this class is to recharge your mind and body through sound and to develop stability in the mind. This is an interactive class in which we will play the Tibetan singing bowls together first and learn how to use them in sitting meditation.  Then you will also sit for a guided sound meditation.  The sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls calm the nervous system, reduces stress hormones in the body,  have the potential to shift your state of mind and increase self-awareness.

This is a Sitting practice, cushions and back support are provided for you.  (Please bring eye cover if you have one)

Restorative Sound Therapy - 2/20/18

This is a restorative sound therapy group in which you will experience the soothing resonance of the Tibetan singing bowls.  This is a meditative experience in which you engage your mind with the sounds that you are hearing.  This practice strengthens the mind, can reverse effects of stress and prime the body for healing as you are directed out of the analytical mind and into direct sensory perception.  You will be Laying Down in this group, *Please bring an eye cover and mat to lay on.

Our Space is Limited, The first 7 people to register and pre-pay will be able to attend.
