This is a restorative sound therapy group in which you will experience the soothing resonance of the Tibetan singing bowls. This is a meditative experience in which you engage your mind with the sounds that you are hearing. This practice strengthens the mind, can reverse effects of stress and prime the body for healing as you are directed out of the analytical mind and into direct sensory perception. You will be Laying Down in this group, *Please bring an eye cover and mat to lay on.
