Sound Treats for Pets
It all started when…
I began to notice how much my own pets would come near me when I played music at home. Sometimes they wanted to be right up next to the instrument to feel the vibrations. My first Shih-Tzu was my best friend and she made it 19 years with me, always with me at my music practice at home. Now I have a 22-year old cat and I see how much she relaxes next to my harp when I play.
I began playing for other animals. One of the most notable was playing harp for the horses. I was amazed at how curious they were about the vibrations. One traumatized horse came out of hiding, slowly but after 20 minutes she made her way to stand 5 feet from me as I played.

Animals love healing vibrations! Now accepting senior dogs, small and medium breeds for individual music therapy sessions at our studio. Sessions include sounds of the Himalayan singing bowls and the harp.
