If you are interested in learning about music but not for performance these lessons may be for you. If you want to learn how to practice sound meditation at home for self-care then these lessons are a good fit. These classes are for learning concepts of sound meditation and how to practice. No previous music experience required.

Learning an instrument for sound meditation is optional. You can practice with recordings.

Andrea teaches how to use the harp, voice, singing bowls, harmonium and shruti box as a way to relieve stress, a meditative practice, and a way to support mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. In these classes you learn improvisational techniques for playing with basic music theory. You will not learn pre-written songs. You will learn how to create music and sound in the moment, from your heart.
