20-minute Sound Meditation: This is the first of a series of therapeutic sound recordings designed to remedy an overly busy mind.  The acoustic instruments played in this recording have therapeutic properties and bring a sense of calm and wellbeing.  Listening to the rich, beautiful soundscape of these instruments can directly affect brain activity.  By quieting and balancing activity in the brain, you can experience mental clarity, relief from mental stress, and a calm state of mind.  

This was recorded with a set of 7 Tibetan singing bowls and a gong, performed by music therapist, Andrea Cortez, MM, MT-BC.

Note: It’s important to listen to this recording with a good speaker or headphones in order to hear all the frequencies.
