Virtual Sound Classroom: Evening Sound Meditation
Join us online for an evening sound meditation of deep rest with the singing bowls. I will also share some short excerpts from Thich Nhat Hanh’s book.
We join together with intentions for this practice to not give up on peace within and peace on the planet. We practice in growing understanding that the relationality of true peace depends on our connections to each other, to the more than human world, and to the earth.
How to Tune In: Monday Oct. 29th at 7pm CST
1) Plug into a speaker or headphones
2) Use a laptop instead of the phone
3) Make a comfortable space to lay down
